Projects are always scheduled to be ready thirty minutes prior to the close of business (2:30 PM as of the time of this amended answer (October 2, 2025)). If you are not able to make it on the scheduled date at least 15 minutes prior to close (written on your ticket stub), then the items are ready for pickup any time during business hours after that scheduled date has passed up until 2:45 PM on the weekdays that the shop is open and 4:45 PM on Saturdays.
Is it necessary to schedule an appointment?
Typically, no appointment is necessary. However, it is asked that items arrive prior to an hour before close. If bringing a large amount of items to be altered, more time may be needed for the intake, and an appointment may be more appropriate.
What would be the turnaround time on a project?
Unfortunately, the turnaround time for projects is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and varies according to the time available as well as the alterations and or repairs required.
